Stay out of the sun and don’t put your hair in salt water

Good protein conditioner, everyday shampoo and maybe some hair dressing cream to wear while on the beach or pool.

A bathing cap while in the water. A light summery hat when not in the water.

Shave it all off.
Wear a hat in the sun,
and a bathing cap in the water.

wear a hat when your in the sun, and then use that special clensing shampoo and conditioner after you go in the salt water. Or just plainly dont get your hair wet. Put your hair in a bun on top of your head and then just dont dunbk your head under water!

I’m not sure what type of hair you have as far as recommending hair products. However, some things are universal. I always wear a hat or a pretty square of fabric as a kerchief to protect my hair from the sun. If I am going to be in the water, I always make sure my hair is wet (not from saltwater) before I get in. Hair that is already wet will not absorb as much chlorine or saltwater as dry hair. I also put sunscreen on my scalp as well as my face after I wet my hair.
