So because of the 30% chance that it will rain for an hour you get the big thunderstorm icon on the forecast for the whole day. Very misleading, shouldn't rain at any point that would ruin your day. It's a VERY BIG storm. Its has been going on for some time now, so it may start petering out, but it will definitely take a while, and even longer for the flooding to subside. In case you've missed the news, the President officially declared at state of emergency for Florida because of the flooding. Super sucky that your honeymoon will be during the storm, but that's why it's always important to research your destination, just because it's a sun spot doesn't mean it's always sunny.
