There are also ghost tours of the city cemetery, if you're allowed to go out at night. Free things to do: People watching on Smathers Beach; Fort Zachary Taylor may actually be free for people on bicycles; window shopping on Duval Street; Mallory Square around sunset -- tons of street performers and musicians.
