Where is a good place to have a wedding Reception in Miami to Key Largo Area at a reasonable Price?

Have a pot luck on the beach and have everyone dress up as Disney Characters. What a Blast!! Who ever decided you had to blow your life savings on a yucky club, with a bad sound system anyway.(use a bombox) Instead of a fancy cake, do cupcakes. The cupcake thing is very in right now. Get the plastic toothpicks with the wedding bell, or bride and grooms on top, at the party store and put on top of each cupcake. And there you go, your on the water, with a Disney theme, All your favorite tunes, And everyone can go nuts, Can I come??
